About Us

CIR Electric, Inc. is a Georgia-based electrical contracting firm founded by Robert J. Stokes in February 2003. 

Robert has more than thirty years of experience in the electrical field and holds a low-voltage as well as master electrician license by the State of Georgia. 

He is currently certified by NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) for Level III in Fire Protection Engineering Technology Fire Alarm Systems.


 

Through our work on various projects, we are familiar with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act, prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.


All of our work is based on the NEC 2023, NFPA 72 2025 code and current local municipality regulations, unless otherwise specified. 


Our estimates generally include the cost of electrical permit fees and inspections.
